| Traveler Orientation I just completed my first week of my very first assignment! I spent this whole week touring and watching videos and doing quizzes. Next I work with another nurse for the full week and then I'm "on my own" Is this usual? I didn't expect to be in a classroom for a full work week and then with someone for another. I think it's great , but I expected to be kind of tossed in with the sink or swim attitude. What has your experience with orientation been, just wondering what to expect in the real world! Thanks!:39: |
