tax advantage programs - help please

I recently rec'd offers from companies (Advantagern and PRO) that only tax you on part of your wage.

I know there are companies out there who specialize in this kind of tax program, like Kobaly.

Has anyone else on this forum worked for companies who do this? I'm really confused.

Kobaly and myself are tax advisors to the industry, but I would not say that we approve of all the programs not do we construct them for the companies. What you are referring to is a "tax advantage" program which a small percentage of the 200+ agencies out there offer.
