Seriously it's always buyer beware, and no matter how nice a recruiter sounds on the phone, you really need to protect your own interests and get it all in writing. Even if your recruiter is your "best bud" the contract is bidning, for you and them. If they leave their job you still have it in the contract. Of course you'll not the other side, you're bound by the contract too. So if you're the kind of person who like to change their mind last minute, don't sign till last minute | |
