Just off the the highway in merrimack, Nh. 50 minutes outside of boston. it's a 2 bedroom condo with one room available. The rent includes private bedroom and bathroom all utilities as well as internet and basic cable. Space will be shared with one roommate and small dog under 12 lbs. Room available furnished($1200)rent it will be available as early as September 1st or sooner if needed. Condo community offers free parking, pool and 10 minutes drive to local shops and resteraunts. Most housing stipends in this area are 1500-1800 and 2200 in boston so it's a great way to save money. 1st month will be due prior to moving in. I look forward to hearing from anyone interested.
