Re: MEDICAL STAFFING NETWORK?

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone had any experience working for The Medical Staffing Network. I checked here & there are no reviews. Are they as good as they say? Pros? Cons? Problems? You can email me, if you prefer.
Thanks ......... Judy

Re: MEDICAL STAFFING NETWORK?

Arlo,

I'm editing your post because recruiters are not allowed in this forum. It is stated clearly in the forum description:
[ QUOTE ]
Nurse Recruiters Not allowed!!! No Posts or Replies by Staffing Companies or their Representatives whatsoever.

[/ QUOTE ]

We have a recruiters talk to nurses forum that is temporarily closed and when it reopens you may post there. If you'd like to advertise, please send me an email. Thanks for understanding.

Re: MEDICAL STAFFING NETWORK?

I worked per diem for some time a few years ago with Intelistaf. They got taken over by Medical Staffing Network (MSN) so when I wanted to travel I signed with them. Their Master Contract is somewhat alarming, be sure you read it ALL before signing, especially YOUR responsibility for LEGAL FEES they might incur if things go wrong in dealing with you. Bear in mind there are alot of companies in competition with much less intense contracts. MSN has exclusive agreements with the hospital I am at. This is not necessarily good news for the travel nurse I decided, as getting the exclusive agreement probably meant they were the cheapest bid. The job I contracted for was advertized on the MSN site for higher pay than I ended up getting. I asked about that several times, still waiting for a satisfctory answer. I feel "nickeled and dimed", (and the talk was so sweet too!!). In short, I probably will not continue with MSN, even though I ahd liked the old Intelistaf. Regards MSN, my suggestion is SHOP AROUND! Good Luck!.
