I need to write a paper on how the nursing philosophy of a nurse who has graduated from an ADN program has changed or developed with the completion of his/her BSN, or Bacchelor's degree. In addition, I need to discuss how this nurse feels his or her professional goals/responsibilities have developed since receiving his/her Bacchelor's degree. I am currently doing my RN-BSN degree and this is a final paper that I need to complete. If a few nurses who have completed an RN-BSN degree could please post their responses for me, that would be extremely helpful. Thanks!
