Red face Question.....

I am not a recruiter. If you were contemplating working at Hosp. A with all the usual benefits and Hosp. B offered you a job with all the similar benefits plus free use of a plush vacation house either on the beach or mountains, or both. It would be used for just ICU nurses, 20-30 people. It would need to be 2hrs or less away from town so nurses can go there with their family (or not) and just relax and revive their spirit. Nurses would sign-up for their time. It would need to be divided up fairly, like 14-18 days each nurse per year but then the nurse would use 2 days here and maybe 5 days there, then ..... etc. It would be fully furnished except food. FREE to the nurse!
Would that help a hospital recruit nurses or not? Any thoughts??
