| Nurse/Patient Ratio Just wondering what city and hospital you are working at, the specialty you are working in and the patient to nurse ratio on your unit. Thanks |

| Last job was PACU, in AL, 2:1, sometimes with a dedicated charge, more often, charge having patients as well. One of my better experiences, as we actually had a unit secretary most days, and always had at least one transporter. Lots of standard protocols in place, as well, makes things much easier. |
