Re: Looking for travel buddy

I'm really in the research phase right now but am planning on leaving baltimore in april to go travel to a big city(Austin or NYC possibly, but i am open). But i too am afraid of being lonely. Been in md. my whole life and love my family and friends, but i am looking for an adventure b/f i get married and start a family. I am in my 20's and love to go out as much as possible for a good time; not a party animal, just love to get out. Yourself?

A friend and I are traveling to Seattle next month if you're interested! Email me at ame1274@yahoo.com if you want. We're not sure where we'll go after this assignment.
Good luck!

Hey Bonnie,

Sorry for butting in on your conversation, but I just came back to Louisiana, from Sacramento this past January. My husband hated Sacramento, so I decided that we wouldn't do Cali again (just to avoid a fight, if you know what I mean.) Anyway, how is it in southern Cali? Is the traffic really bad where you are? Is it a large hospital that you are currently working? I have a variety of experience, mostly ICU and Recovery and OR. I would like to go back to Cali (eventually) how is the pay in southern Cali, I was making 35 which is the average for cali, but I also had a car, and private housing. Any info would be appreciated..Thanks! Sheila

Re: Looking for travel buddy

I'm headed next week to Salinas Ca. to work prison.(That's my speciality). Didn't really want to travel alone but I'm darned if I'm gonna let anymore of life pass me by. Being there alone is not what I'm worried about. I'd like to be alone. It's about time I get to do what I want to do when I want to do it and eat what I want and watch what I want and sleep when I want and even change my mind if I want without someone else complaining. (Guess you can tell I'm ready to get away huh?). The trip out alone is what I'm a little concerned about. I'll be driving from Fl. to Cali (hoping the 96 will make it). Sheila, did you say $35 PLUS a car and housing? If so I may need to renegotiate any future trips!!
