Looking for advice.

Hi everyone. Im currently in nursing school and will be graduating with my ADN in december. I have been working as a nurse extern at a major university medical center and plan to apply for the nurse residency program the hospital provides. What I would like to know is, are there any international jobs for American nurses abroad; and how difficult is it for American nurses to work overseas? Every time I search the web all I find our companies who provide services for nurses who want to come to the US. I know I cant travel right away and that I would probably take a pay cut overseas. At this point I really would like to start considering some options, researching locations, and learning about placement oversease. Does anyone have some advice or information they can offer.
