|  Las Vegas Hospitals !! Hi All, I'm considering working in Las Vegas and eventually signing on at a local hospital. I've heard stories about staffing ratios at some hospitals of 12 patients on night shift!! I'm currently in California where max is 5 patients. Can anyone recommend any hospitals in Vegas with the best ratios?? I'd appreciate any info you can give me! Thanks, Ron |
