L&D nurses at Kaiser San Francisco

I was just wondering if any travelers out there have worked in L&D at Kaiser San Francisco. I'm getting my paperwork ready to put in to Kaiser, and I'm just worried because they're so picky about certain things (scrub for C-sections, advanced fetal monitoring, etc.). If anyone knows anything about this facility or knows anyone who works there, please let me know. I've been an L&D nurse for four years, and I'm very confident and competent in this area. I don't want to be bumped from consideration for a position based on a couple of things that I could easily be trained for at the facility. Any help would be great!

Re: L&D nurses at Kaiser San Francisco

Don't know L&D but working ED in So Cal. The system is complicated and ineffective. ED Docs not very skilled, order full work-ups on all patients. Nursing and techs are union and therefore not accountable for bad and unprofessional behavior. They need to cut the dead wood...but can't. Some extremely lazy staff.
The good news...there are a few extremely talented nurses there. Very committed and good skills. A delight to work with.
