| Iowa ER Travel Nursing Hello. I am new to this forum. I am trying to find an ER travel nursing or agency position in/or around Iowa City, IA starting July 2008. Anyone worked at or heard anything about the ER at Mercy Hospital in Cedar Rapids? Heard anything about any of the ER in/or around Iowa City? Thanks!!!! |

| Re: Iowa ER Travel Nursing I have worked in the ER at Mercy hospital in Cedar Rapids as a traveler. I am in CA now, but have actually accepted my next assignment to return to the ER at Mercy beginning in June.... It was one of my favorite assignments- that's why I'm going back there for the summer- the staff is very traveler-friendly. I travel with RN Network, and that's who both of my assignments at Mercy are through. PM me if you have any other questions, or if you'd like my recruiter's contact info.

| Re: Iowa ER Travel Nursing Thanks for your reply. I will be arriving in the area around 7/01/08. Please let me know your recruiter's name and contact information. Does this ER have a holding/boarding area for pt's who have been admitted, but there is not a room available in the hospital? I am not interested in this type of room assigment, but sometime traveler's get "stuck" with that type of assignment. Thanks for your help! |
