good vs bad companies - opinions please

HI, Still decididng on travel nursing vs staff nurse and I thought this thread might be helpful to others in the same position.

I have read many threads re: satisfied travel nurses and their companies and unsatisfied travel nurses and their companies.

I would like anyone/everyone who is a travel nurse to respond with a brief post stating their experience (good or bad) and the travel nurse company. Then we can keep all these thoughts in one thread.

Thanks

Hi, like you I am here trying to learn something... what I dont know. I am on my first travel assignment and it has been very educational! I am with Travel Nurse Across America and am pleased with thier service. Reading some of the stories here I really have had no problems. Pay is timely and accurate and everything promised was fullfilled. Hope this helps.

Re: good vs bad companies - opinions please

Hi,
I am currently on assignment with OGP and do not recomend them. Everything about them is bad from the lack of communication, unless they want something,to the feeling of being just a number to them.
I will be changing company at the end of the month and have heard a lot of good things about RN Network, nurses who I have worked with have only had good things to say about them.
Good luck with what ever you choose.

I am with American Traveler and on my second assignment with them. I have not had any problems and have gotten what I've asked for....good luck.

I have just started my first assignment with RN Network, and so far I have nothing bad to say about them. My recruiter is great, and has been super helpful & supportive. I can give you her name & number if you're interested, just send me a private message.
