| Floating I Am Contracted To Work In Icu, But Am Expected To Regularly Float During Low Census To Med-surg Units And Er Without Any Orientation And Take A Full 6-7 Patient Assignment. I've Voiced My Concern About The Safety Of The Patients As Well As My License, But Nursing Administration Doesn't Care, They Do Whatever It Takes To Staff All The Units. Any Thoughts? |
