| Fellow Traveler has housing in So FL for you Hey there! I'm a ex- travel nurse ( did it for two years) and have settled in southern Florida. I've rented rooms myself before while traveling and I know you can make more money from your housing subsidy that way. I have a two bedroom condo to share in Fort Lauderdale/ Miami and I thought I would put it out there to any nurses interested in coming down here for an assignment. I've got my own LR, EIK furniture including a complete kitchen, has a screened in patio and a pool view. It's also a gated community. I can even furnish the room if that would be easiest. It's about two miles from Aventura mall (huge!) and the ocean. Very close to the main highway I-95 so if you were working in Fort Lauderdale or Miami (it's on the county line between both) you could go either way. Let me know if you are interested. PS We have 80 degree weather now... :-) my email is Latrvlgrl23@juno.com . I also don't know that many people down here yet, but I know of soooo many place to go and things to see. I'd love a activity partner too! I'd be asking $600 a month for furnished including, electric/hot water, local phone, parking, and pool. thanks |
