| For those who bring there dogs with them while traveling have you found it difficult to get housing with a dog? Is there any usual limitation like size or weight? I want to travel with my large (shorter but heavy) lab but have heard some places may put a weight limit for example (lap dogs 20# or less only)I have considered purchasing a motor home or travel trailer but am not sure I want that expense or if I want to drive it around either. Any input or comments appreciated. Ann |

| Re: Dogs (Pets) and travel nursing I travel with my dog, but she only weighs about 18 pounds, so housing hasn't been a problem. I do know several travelers who travel with their larger dogs, though, and their companies have always been able to find housing for them. Some places have restrictions on certain aggressive breeds, but I would think that a lab wouldn't be a problem.

| Re: Dogs (Pets) and travel nursing we travel with a larger dog (70 lbs) and also have the challenge of breed discrimination. The availability of dog friendly housing really depends on where you are. |
