Re: Cape Fear Valley Health System

I have worked at Cape Fear and the name pretty much says it all. They are the only hospital in the town so administration can get away with treating the staffs like crap. I worked on the Observation unit and I can honestly say this assignment was in the top 3 worst places I have ever worked and I have probably wolrked in over 30 hospitals.
I worked there 2 years ago so hopefully it is better now.

Re: Cape Fear Valley Health System

i worked at cape fear in the ER for my last assignment. it's very, very busy and can be frustrating. they get everything, including a lot of good trauma, because they are the only hospital in the area. but i liked it overall. i loved the staff and was there with a lot of other travelers. they were really flexible with my schedule. i would definantly go back and work there.
