Re: Anyone wanting a referral

The right solutions is great. They have completion bonuses on all their assignments. They staff pretty much everywhere (except Hawaii which doesn't pay much anyway), and if they don't staff there they can submit you. They pay with the tax free per diem money, and they guarantee that you will make more bring home with them (if you can get a written offer from anyone else paying more they will beat it.) benefits are day one and very good. They match 50% on your 401k unlimited. its a small company so everyone you will talk to will know you by name in a very short time, they will call you to make sure you got to your place on time, is your housing good, etc. Your recruiter will even give you her home phone number so you can call him/her anytime if you need them. They have someone on call 24 hours a day to help you if you have clinical questions. They do weekly direct deposit. I have been having alot of problems with my current assignment and they have not hesitated a second to do all they can for me to resolve it, and they are standing behind me 100%. My recruiter is Jan if you want to call her. There toll free number is 1-888-987-8233. They are JACHO certified, which I think, gets you better deals and more bargaining power with hospitals. Most hospitals of course want JACHO travel agencies but most travel agencies are not certified. Website is The Right Solutions - Travel Nursing Jobs in Arizona RN Careers LPN Opportunities Nursing Nurses Nurse, the list of open positions just lists by state, you have to talk to a recruiter to get specific hospital and city info. Also, the recruiters won't lie to you about what kind of hospital that you are applying to. They will tell you up front if a specific hospital is travel friendly or not. And they ask you for alot of feedback on hospitals so they can tell others what its like. if you have any other questions email me and I'll be happy to answer them. Its been my experience that large travel companies are really slow to be there to help you, but that a small company is much more willing to be accommodating.

Re: Anyone wanting a referral

i would suggest signing with at least 4-6 companies.
bennies are very similar.
some will give you little more in health insur. but not jaw dropping differences from what i've seen.
when you have several you can have more options to choose from.
some companies will even upgrade your pay to get you to sign on if you present them with an offer from another company, some will not.
get a honest recruiter, stay away from those salesmen types, look for a straight shooter who doesn't chew your ear off for and hour.
it's a buisness so treat it like a buisnesss, tell them what ou want and are looking for as far as geographic region and then see what the numbers are.
i have been with medstaff for about a year and like them and my recruiter Elgen.

i even added the link to right solutions and plan on filling out there paperwork soon.
you can never have enough people looking for a job for you IMHO.

good luck and travel with an open mind and see the country when you do this.
i took a job in SD in the winter so i could be here for the spring and summer.
winter sucked but i got to see Mt. Rushmore in the spring.
AWESOME, truely amazing the site and size of the faces.
going back there to see custer state park beginning of Aug. and get to see the sturgis rally.
it's a huge biker rally, from what i here around a half million people the whole week it goes on so that will be interesting to see.

good luck and enjoy

here is a list of some of the companies i have talked to but never trveled with

American mobile
Sunbelt staffing
Cross country travel corp
First assist
World wide travel staffing ( friends of mine went to Bahamas with them, loved it they said)
continental travel nursing (very interesting travel opportunities)
