All Around BEST Travel Nursing Companies?

My husband and I are travel nursing (well, he's the nurse, but we're both traveling). I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for a great paying travel nursing company.

I also was hoping for a company with great service, and a good number of job opportunities. Lately it feels like we are getting the run-around with some companies saying they'll get back to us and never calling. Also we are having trouble finding a cardiac, stepdown, or telemetry type job in the pay range we are used to and the areas we are interested in.

Well, that was long winded! I hope there are some good companies out there that we have just been overlooking or missing.

Thanks for your help!

Re: All Around BEST Travel Nursing Companies?

We have worked with three agencies that I would highly recommend.
Integrated Nursing Alliance-Jack Swinney
RN Demand-Brie Fowler
Advantage RN-Brian Mckillen
They have all been very honest and do return calls promptly. Something that is definitely missing in a lot of agencies out there. We have done assignments with all three of these agencies so far. Talked to at least 75 other ones.

Cool Re: All Around BEST Travel Nursing Companies?

Well I started out with Cross Country and traveled for a year with them in and out of my home state of Florida. I switched companies to work for a friend who had started a company in Florida called Medical Staffing Solutions. They are very personal, and I have worked with them for 4 years. I traveled to New Mexico and Montana with them and am currently working Per Diem in Florida but thinking about a contract in Alaska or Wisconsin.
I have seen several companies listed as DO NOT WORK FOR, on this web site, make sure you pay attention to these.
Good Luck
Pat
