Hi, I am sorry to hear you had a bad experience with Access Nurses. I would very much like to hear more about your trouble with Access. I am (was?) looking at doing an assignment with them on the Navajo Nation. I see your assignment was in AZ. Was it with the Navajo Nation?

Yes, I'm in kayenta, az on the navajo reservation. The scenery is wonderful, the people are nice enough, if a little stand offish, but you are soooo isolated here. It is 2 hours to the nearest town of any size (read Wal-Mart), and there are very few amenities here. And for goodness sake, don't bring your family here....they'll be bored to death.
