| 4 years with no raise seem right? Hi just curious as to if anyone has same experience. Currently have been with AMH for 7 years and have recieved one pay raise in 2003. Have been in AZ most of time. AMH states its hands are tied with 30hr wage, but yet most all other medium companies are getting in the upper thirties. Time to leave AMH i think. How do you not recieve pay raise in over four years. There is no way they havent increased their rate they charge hospitals I bet. |
