    Patient Experience Profile Help!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hi Everyone,

I applied for a patient care tech at a hospital. I was sent an email to take the Patient Experience Profile and when i was done I got a message saying I wouldn't be going forward in the process and to try again in 6 months. What did I do wrong? in the future how should I approach a profile? Is this standard for RN as well or just CNA to work in a hospital:nurse-soapbox:?

I believe your profile showed that you did not have the minimum experience they were looking for. Apparently it is six months. I would contact the HR department and make sure this is the problem, otherwise, they could be looking for something else to improve in six months and you might miss the mark again. All personnel are evaluated on the quantity and quality of their patient care experience.
