Here are some details about the positions:
• Hospice Branch Manager for Clallam and Jefferson Counties in our Sequim (Washington) office. This position requires a nursing degree, as the manager would do patient care to support staff, visit with referral sources and community leaders to educate the community about hospice, along with our community liaison, work with Hospice Director on implementing new COP’s and training of staff. The salary will be somewhere between $62,500-$70,000 (depending on degree and experience) plus $25,000 in benefits and ownership in the agency. It would be better for the manager to live in Sequim but not necessary, as long as manager was able to be on site 4-5 days a week. Housing during the week could be arranged.
• Home Health Branch Manager for Aberdeen office covering Grays Harbor and Pacific Counties (Washington). The position requires a nursing degree, as the manager would do patient care to support staff, visit with referral sources and community leaders to educate the community about our home health services, along with our community liaison and work with Director of Home Health on training to improve outcomes. The salary will be somewhere between $60-$65,000 plus $23,000 in benefits and ownership in the agency. It would not be necessary for the candidate to live in Aberdeen but would require 4-5 full days in the community.
