RN seeking position near Houston TX

Hello! I am an RN looking for a position north of Houston, TX. I'm in a monitoring program by the state board, as I am recovering from addiction. I've been clean and sober for 3 1/2 years. Here is a summary of my requirements and what I have to offer (notice that the "pros" far outweigh the "cons"!).

This is a brief listing of my restrictions, which are in place for 3 years:
  • --I must work a min. of 64 hrs/month, providing direct patient care in a clinical setting, e.g. hospital, LTC etc
  • --No home health, hospice, OR, ER, ICU, PACU, tele, temp-agency, or multiple employers
  • --No night shift, rotating shifts, unscheduled OT, on-call, or floating for 1st year
  • --Must be supervised by another RN on same unit for 1st year, another RN readily available on premises thereafter
  • --I can't administer or have any contact with controlled substances for 1st year
  • --There's a simple quarterly report for my employer to complete

On the plus side:
  • --I've been clean and sober for > 3 years
  • --I'll be subject to frequent random drug testing by the Board for the entire 3 years (at my expense), and my employer can request a test at any time; this will allow my employer to feel comfortable and reassured of my drug-free status
  • --Any periods of employment which are less than 12 weeks (@ same employer) don't count towards my 3 years, so I'll be very motivated to stay for the long-term. I'll feel very loyal towards an employer willing to work with me despite the inconveniences!
  • --I don't mind working for a lower wage or in an LVN position, in order to be accommodated. Money is not my prime motivator
  • --I'm not married, and my child is grown, so I'm available to work evenings, weekends and holidays--in fact, I prefer evening shifts
  • --I'm an excellent employee--I'm a quick learner, I adapt readily to new situations, I get along very well with patients and staff, and, perhaps most importantly, I am flexible and have a positive attitude. I have never left a job because of poor performance, and I have always been invited to return should the new job not work out
  • --I have great verbal and written communication skills
  • --I have a wide variety of experience, from nurses' aide to management, and excellent clinical skills

Some of the areas I've been looking at are dialysis, psych, rehab, out-patient clinic, medical spa, etc, but in order to work within my restrictions, I'm open to any possibility. As for location, Conroe or the Woodlands would be perfect, but I'm flexible there, too.

I'd very much appreciate any and all leads, ideas, feedback, etc.--please feel free to PM or email me.

Thanks so much just for looking!
