, Hospice RN and Triage Nurse - FT Tridia Hospice has a need for a RN Case Manager in the Central Ohio area. Previous hospice or home health exp. preferred. Must be kind, patient and able to work independently. Tridia uses electronic charting. All nurses provided a laptop and cell phone.
