Hi, I am new to this forum and would like to receive some insightful info about some agencies. I'm currently talking to Sagent Healthcare and American Traveler. Has anyone worked with Sagent? I will be moving to California in September and will be taking my first travel assignment. I am very nervous but very excited at the same time. Another question is which position should I choose ICU or Telemetry? I have been a nurse for 2.5 years and work on an Intermediate ICU floor. I usually have 2 patients, maximum of 3. I'm kind of torn because I don't want to drown on an ICU floor, I have never worked with Swanz and VP shunts, but I have never worked on a telemetry floor either. HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!
