Of course, you'll want to ask about salary, benefits (insurance, deductibles, travel reimbursement, licensure reimbursement, malpractice insurance), & housing. Also, related to your assignment, make sure you find out (either from your recruiter or when you interview with the facility) about patient ratios, what kind of support staff are available, hours, availability of overtime (if you like to pick up extra hours), uniform requirements (do you have to wear a specific color scrubs, any restrictions about shoes), and whether or not you will have to float.
