Wee! I'm thankful.. this is Saturday.. Last nite was a mess ..

We had some serious wind damage last nite.. palm trees down.. blocks of street w/o power..

I heard Florida was getting socked by some lousy weather. Als we got was:



We got about an inch so far, and it is still lightly flaking. Gues we will have a white Christmas after all.

I gotta work tonight. What about you, or anyone else?

Hi All,
Well, I can't complain about the weather,because it's nice here in Florida, even tho it's cool to Floridians, it is great for me.
And it is cold in my home area of the Northeast..

Finished classroom orientation for travel job and orient to floor Sunday and Thursday.... They don't let travlers work Holidays..
So off Christmas and New Years...

You can imagine the $$ going out for travelers on Holidays, riiiight?

I am sure you'll get hit by the weather, though.

Well, finally awake. Not much going on. Got to get some housework going, maybe.

Well, hair is washed and dried, got a batch of 7 layer cookies done.....they still need to be cut. Of course, I am heading off to work in a while. :rolleyes: Yeesh.

TGIH! That is: Thank God I'm Home! Night was pretty much ok, but no overnight nurse. That somehow doesn't surprise me any.

Now, to relax until tomorrow.

My neighbor upstairs is like this. He stomps from one room to another when I get up and move around. I find it funny that if I go to the bathroom, he goes to the bathroom. If I go to the kitchen, he goes to the kitchen, etc. And he stomps, literally stomps, like King Kong, or an elephant. He also turns his "music" up loud and drops something that sounds like a bowling ball on the floor. The vacuum cleaner at 7 am isn't welcome either. I work at night when I work, so all of this keeps me from sleeping at any time of the day or night. I, so much want to move into a better living area. Boy do I miss living in a house.
