Ok so I have been a stay at home mom for 3yrs. I have been a "CNA" for 6 yrs before that. Im going to be working at a hospital in a week and things have changed. Now they call CNAs, Patient Care Tech and LPNs, LVN. Ok for CNAs why has it changed and is there a difference? I heard that CNAs go threw training and PCT dont. PCT is more like a on the job training and they cant do somethings a CNA can do. Is that True? Also what is a CNA2? sorry too many ?????one more if anyone has a CNA book that they dont want, Can I have it? thanks:rolleyes:
