I am looking for Nurse Practioners in the upstate NY area (Monroe,Orleans,Genesee,Wyoming,Livingston,Steuben ,Yates,Ontario,Seneca,and Wayne County), who may be interested in doing insurance evaluations...You make your own hours...The evaluation involves a basic assesment including HX, and VSS, and we are paying $75.00 per visit..This is for Medicare Advantage members who have one or a combination of dg's including COPD,CRF,CAD,and Diabetes.
