    New Nurse having trouble finding a job

    Hi! My name is Loraine. I'm a new grad nurse in the ny/nj area. I have been having trouble finding a job in the area. I have been to two interviews, but have had no offers. I was wondering if anyone has any good advice for the interviews...maybe that's where I'm messing up. Please help!
