Ok it's almost 10am here and I'm here first must be a problem. Have a big headache today b/p was up (only in right arm probaby a cuff error) think it's the rainy weather plus stayed up too late and drank too many diet cokes last night at a meeting. Doing nothing today kid gets out of school early today...I do have a meeting tonight about his challenge class and what he'll be working on (really hope to be moved in Oct) so we'll see what's up with that.

Try the BRAT diet. Should work. Or, chicken/beef broth. I lived on that stuff for a while (with some star noodles included).
Nearly 10 hours later.....I am going to sleep! Till tomorrow morning, then.
