Good evening all-
I am a recruiter that works at one of the nation's largest retained staffing firms (full time placement). I wanted to see if I could get the input of some of the RNs on this site on the topic of recruitment.
My question is simple, what is important to you when it comes to taking that big leap of faith?
As a recruiter with no healthcare experience, it is easy for me to latch on to money and getting you a raise, but I've done this long enough to know that money is not really going to solve certain problems ie high nurse to patient ratios, unsupportive management, etc. I know a lot of this depends on the individual, so I was hoping to generate a bunch of different responses by posting this.
Please let me know how I can do my job better as a recruiter. It seems that now-a-days, we are a part of healthcare and no longer just an outsider looking in. Any input would be appreciated.
Regards,
Connor Bartley
