Job Requirements:
Three or four years formal education or training beyond high school or B.S. or B.A. degree required. Current Florida RN Licensure or eligible. 2 or more years experience as a nurse manager.

Job Summary:
Manages a department which may include the supervision of a subordinate supervisor. Participates in or develops budgets, goals and objectives and is responsible for the implementation of these for the unit/department. Responsible for utilizing the CQI process to improve patient care and outcomes. Responsible for ensuring high levels of employee, patient and physician satisfaction. Responsible for regulatory compliance for department.
