NICU Case Manager -No nights! No weekends!

We seek an outgoing, personable individual who can communicate with a wide variety of people. As part of our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), a person in this position will have the opportunity to help people who are truly in need and make a big difference in their lives.

Primary responsibilities include:

· Coordinating and implementing planned care for expectant mothers
· Assessing the needs of the patient and baby after birth
· Identifying and monitoring patients who need planned care services
· Setting up care plans with hospitals
· Developing plans to shorten or eliminate time spent in a hospital setting
· Documenting and reporting on care plans

This role requires experience working in obstetrics, but NICU experience is preferred. A state RN license is required. Computer proficiency is a must. Ideal candidates will be team-oriented, highly adaptable and possess a strong ability to multitask.
