morning, putting off walking right now there's rain in the forcast, DH isn't up yet and I'm scheduled to work tonight so if I'm going to walk better get on it so I can come take a nap (it's 10) and I usually walk a couple of hours...I bet I get called off tonight but sure enough if I don't take a nap I won't get called off.
Ain't that the way it always goes?
Well, we got the windows replaced. Now on to other things around here. Of course, it takes time.....

I think I have been in nursing too long. I woke up at 2 am mad as fire because I dreamed I had just started an IV on a patient and before I could put on my tegaderm, they were up eating and moving around.

I get 'basic' cable; none of those 'extra' channels for me. Thus, I do not watch BBC news, etc.--all things my dad loves.
I could not live without HD/DVR and all my movie channels. I sometimes find myself pressing rewind on a friend's set and feeling like an idiot.

Still have the VCR; nothing really that I want to tape anymore. 'Reality TV' just isn't my thing. As for the HD stuff....naaaah. I'd have to re-arrange all the furniture, and I do NOT wish to move the grandfather clock from its' present location. Sooo....things are just fine the way they are, thank you. All I really watch is the occasional History Channel or TruTV show, as well as the news (if I remember).
We are staying in Lafayette, Louisiana tonight... made it through Alabama without totaling the car this time...
