This is great news!! Our hospital hired 2 nurses from New Orleans and believe me, the horror they endured was inhumane!! With no electricity, or water, they were forced to stay in the hospital and care for the remaining patients. 12hrs on 12hrs off, and sleep on the premises. There was no food, either. They were given cups of juice to sustain them through this 3 day ordeal. Then, when finally rescued, they were taken out, by boat, at night, and dropped off, where they walked for 10-12 blocks in the pitch dark (no street lights) where they said they couldn't even see their hand in front of their face. Our nurses.
