I'm always good for the beachI looking at different companies now for my planned travel nursing in Oct I'm having a bit of a problem narrowing it down to who is a good company and who's not so I guess I'll just have to pick and go

Aren't you a bit sick of sand, though? I can understand the water....
nope I love the sand the only time I don't like it is if it's hot and Im barefooted but that can be cured...don't walk just sit.
Figured SoldierNurse would be sick of sand; after 12 months plus of being over seas......

... I have no plans of going to any desert for a long time [at least 2 years].

desert sand is more like dust isn't it? When my DH was over there he said it was where he was at...my bestfriend lives in Saudi and does say the burka (whatever it's called) does keep the dust off. They have snow plows to push the sand off the road from the sand storms that blow and cover the road.
