Plans, organizes, establishes, and directs the overall operations of the Nursing Department to provide comprehensive, holistic care for residents and develops annual departmental budget, goals and objectives as well as policy and procedures manual to ensure compliance with all requirements of Federal, State, County, and other local regulatory agencies. Coordinates the operations of the Nursing Department with the general business plan of our facility. 5-7 years of experience required
