NY-New York, Performs the functions of LPN to ensure resident/patient care safety and satisfaction. Assumes charge nurse responsibilities as assigned. Reports to Registered Nurse/CCM in charge. Skills/Requirements Valid NYS LPN license At least 2 years previous LPN experience working with geriatric population. Graduate of an approved program in practical nursing. Requires every other weekend commitment
