Good morning, Rob, and thanks for doing the Daily Thread. I got up twice during the night, and decided to 'sleep in'. Have my coffee at hand, and am ready for the day.....sort of.
How's the weather where you at?

It is 7:00 am on a somewhat uneventful Saturday. The haze of early morning lingers in the air as the promise of a new day is once again fulfilled. This morning, I find myself in quite contemplation about the future and the past. I am unsure as to whether or not I am going to get breakfast at a nearby restaurant or sit in and do a bit of extra programming. Perhaps I will grab a coffee first. Nothing much has changed my way. Dita Von Teese and Carmen Electra still won't answer my calls.
How is everyone this morning?

No prob, Cougar. I did not go to bed last night due to some reading I had to catch up on in my textbooks. No rest for the wicked I suppose. The weather is doing great. According to my Vista Weather Widget, it is 66 and partly cloudy. High is supposed to be 74. I might just go to the river today and hang out.

I don't use Vista, per recommendation of a 'Computer geek'. He's never steered me wron, thus far.
Been using the WeatherBug on my 'puter; pretty nifty. According to the 'Bug, I would NOT want to be anywhere near the local river.![]()
Good morning all. I'll have to check out WeatherBug; this is the first I've heard of it.
I have a quiet weekend ahead (I love those).
Good evening. I had more yard sale today. Didn't do as well as last weeks $1000 but made a bit more tne $200 in 4 hours with less stuff. Going to leave the stuff in the garage and add more to it as we clean out this summer and pull it out once in June and one in July then what doesn't sell can go bye bye to good will (except for the new items)
We're going car shopping in a little while think we're going to get a new Acadia...big shopping will take care of the depression I have from being away from the beach and in the rain you'd think I was in Washington instead of the midwest. It's rained all but maybe 3 days since I got home 3 weeks ago. Working the position I used to have before OB (in Home Health as a traveler) not to thrilled with it since it's not OB but 1 week down 12 more to go.

'Nerves', not sure how I heard about Weatherbug, but do know weathermen love it.
Cass, I am sure that, if the summer turns hot and dry, we will be bellering for the rain. Dad seems to think we'll have a cool summer, though. All we can do is wait and see.
This may be my weekend off, but have to go in tomorrow. Loooong story, and I am not happy (especially since I asked for tomorrow off....).
Weatherbug is typically included as a free trial on most new Dell, Acer, HP, and Gateway systems.
