OR-Portland, Reporting to the Contact Center Sr. Operations Manager, the Regional Advice Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the effective management of the daily operations of the Regional Advice Nurse Contact Center. The Supervisor ensures that personnel, processes, and tools are established and implemented that, provides safe and cost-effective patient care and meet or exceed departmental service levels.
