Well turned down a travel job BECAUSE---
they don't have nurses aides on nights..
I can't believe it. Talk about burn out..
I can't live without my precious assistants.

No aides on nights? Huh? How the heck are you supposed to get things done?

Coffee is working just a bit here. Head is still hurting; not sure if the pain is residual from last night's shift, or lack of caffeine. Either way, this is a doozy.

It's overcast here, with occasional sun. Talk is of rain on and off through the week. We'll see.

ok, where's the Tylenol... better get something for that headache....no need to suffer. I agree with you, how does the RN get the work done w/no aide...I did 1 asssignment without aides and I'll never do that again. I mean between sundowning, crawling oob,DT's and wet beds, come on, give me a break. I guess management is trying to save a few bucks. They think RN's are these magical creatures. ok--hope you feel better FAST

Hi I know you missed me I'm still on assignment in FL it was a nice mid 70's when I got off work tonight. I've worked at least 4 12's almost every week since I came back down here at the end of July and some times more then that...beat like a rug but love the location. I think about logging on all the time but either don't get to it cause it's bedtime or don't think about it at other times. I'll be here until at least the end of Dec. Hope to renew again until the end of March if it can't be done I'll be looking again but don't want to go back to Indiana in Jan BRRRRRR

Consider me coming after you with a mallet, cassio. I think winter isn't going to be too bad, honestly. where you are located in IN is a hell of a lot better than closer to the Great Lakes region.
