I was asked what I thought today...I was also the spokesperson for my little group...the "facilitators" for this meeting came from factory backgrounds I don't know they understood what we were talking about. I'm sure there are a few more ways to be more efficient but when you have it down to bare staff or max patients you already have to be pretty efficient....I think in the long run they want us to say we could do something better with less help......NOT
