Good morning, everybody! Time to smell the coffee (and drink it, too......)

So, Cass, is Dr. Weinie still being a weinie? Maybe you all should 'roast' him....? Enjoy the vacation when it shows up.

got a low census today I have to call at 2 to see if I have to go in 3-7 but should be ok.
Dr Weinie I hear is being a weinie again last night after I left...left my pt to someone just out of orientation who is going to be ok I think. This wasn't a really complicated pt (cytotec gravida 1 for pit this morning so basically monitoring) The nurse would have this pt only from 7p-11p but he was pissed that his pt was left to this nurse....there were other nurse on post partum which is just a short hallway away who did check on her and make sure things were ok but he was going to go to someone "over the bosses head" about his this...the RN I talked to this morning who was telling me says she told him look in the near future there are only going to be 3 nurses on the night shift with any senority so he's going to have to get over it. I was a little worried about this nurse when she was first in orientation but I really think she'll be ok and I do work with a pretty good group who for the most part really help each other. Big weinie head.

OK...back from pick-up at airport, and all are present and accounted for. I am hot, tired, and beat.
