Mornin', everyone! Hope you all are doing well so far. Still need my cuppa coffee; am in dire need of it. I am dragging.

Even my first cup of coffee hasn't been able to get my eyes open today. The sun is shining, it's 52 degrees here, stuff is growing, but I need a 2nd cup of coffee to get my butt in gear today. I have to leave for work in less than 2 hours; I think I'm going to go outside and sit in the sun for a bit and see if that helps!

The sunlight does help....wasn't there a study about that at one time?

Yes the sun does help...there is seasonal depression when it's dark and dreary out.
I took my mom today to find a monument for my dad's grave (which will be her own too.....hopefully not for many years) it was a 2 hour drive one way then stopped at the cemetary so she could take some cut flowers from the yard. It's still pretty tough on both of us I'm sure much more for her then me but it was ok. Then we stopped by my aunt's for a little while on the way back so we had an all day trip...tomorrow I have to get some things done....go to the dentist for one need a hair appt also
I don't work again until Sat (I'm on call Friday) I've been signing up for more weekends which works pretty good just wish I got the weekend option pay but this way I have to optioni not to work either.

I'm on a nurse model committee at work so have to contact some hospitals about the model they use and how it works for them....what is the model at the hospital you're at????
