Well, on that note, I'm still interviewing for travel and am schocked that some hospitals don't use nurses aides. Of course that is a DEAL BREAKER.. I would love to ask the Nurse Managers " Did you know that there is a SCIENCE TO NURSING?.. Yes, really! ( BUT I KEEP MY MOUTH SHUT) |

And yes, Of course, lets save $$ by cutting aides, but, I'll bet there are more occurances and complaints..Like, I had my light on for 30 minutes, what are you nurses doing? Very sad and dismal decision by admin. and they won't back you either. BECAUSE: THERE IS MORE YOU CAN DO TO PROVIDE PT. SATISFACTION Ok, if you say so...ha  |
