Good morning, all! This has got to be the most tiring week of my life. When one wakes up with sore feet, that is saying something.

I may actually have my weekend off.....off! Working over 7 days straight is NOT fun. Anyhow, gotta go in early again, of course. Hope your day/shift is great.

I thought I was off today....got a call at 6am from our resident anal night nurse who couldn't find a preop chart for today and wanted to know if I knew where it was....I left last night at 7:30 pm, stayed up till midnight trying to get things ready to leave on vacation today.... NO I don't know what happened to it after I left but thanks I'm awake now and so is the kid. I told her maybe somebody broke it down from 7-11 (we still use the good old paper chart...just a few more months I hope) I told her to look in the "out" box. I called back at 6:30 yes she'd found it....Now I'm on vacation

Cass, I hope you enjoy your vacation...really.

This week was pure, unmitigated hell with a capital H. Going in early, staying late, everyone copping an attitude....mine wnt somewhere Tuesday, and got royally chewed out for a supposed attitude today. Yet, others get away with theirs. Ya know? I've been at the place for about 7 1/2 years, and I am about to tell everyone to shove it. True, there is so much more to add, but this really isn't a good time to do so.

I hope the general crumby mood lightens up, but I really, really doubt it.
