Good morning, everybody! One more day to the weekend. It's getting hot and steamy here, and I just clicked the air conditioner on. Thank you. whomever, for central air!

Amanda, hope you're doing well.....you, too, Cassioo. Keep us posted on what's going on with the flooding, etc.

We're safe at the hotel- the flooding is getting really bad here in Cedar Rapids. Downtown is underwater, and they have now closed ALL of the bridges in Cedar Rapids, so there is no way to get from one side of the river to the other..... I have to work all weekend starting tomorrow, and I'm guessing it's not going to be good....

Hey, Raven...glad to see you're back! Good luck on the electives. Hope your weather isn't as bad where you are....

'Manda, I had to wake up the other half last night to tell him about the Boy Scouts that got hit while at camp. Of course, last night was his Troop meeting, and I thought he should know. The weather lately is too, too much. We have a Tornado Watch up, and it is humid as all heck.

Re: Thursday, June 12th, 2008

I saw that flooding in Iowa on the news today nope we're not that bad at all. I hear my county is under a flood watch but that's from the Wabash and in my county that's farm land no city or anything...my town is the county seat and only 7000 people here then just a couple of other little towns and some "communities and farm land.

Had nasty c-sections today 1 baby with mom on drugs, one IUGR and my last one stat with general and baby on a vent...right at the end of the shift...one more day then we have the company picnic at amusement park on Saturday I don't know why I told my son that was even scheduled don't really want to go.
